sales are final. Two exceptions to the rule are listed
below regarding Damaged & Inoperable products and 30
Day Evaluation Periods. Our goal is to provide quality
products and services and help our customers attain their
language related goals. We must insist, however, that
sales are final in all cases excepting
a customer strictly adheres to the policy requirements
below:
Damaged
or Inoperable Products
If
your order arrives with damage or does not function
properly, contact us immediately
You will be asked to
provide a description of the problem. At this time we
will issue you a Return for
Replacement Authorization Number. We
will then instruct you to repackage the item and return
it to the return address provided on the packaging. A
replacement item will be forwarded to you upon receipt.
Evaluation
Period - 30 Day Money Back Guarantee
You
may request a 30 Day Evaluation period for the course(s)
you purchase. Within 48 hours of receiving your course
you must contact us and request a 30
Day Evaluation Authorization Number.
We will e-mail your
authorization number immediately. At any time during your
evaluation period you may contact us and indicate your
desire to return the course for a full refund. At that
time we will issue you an Authorization
for Return & Refund Number. We
will then instruct you to repackage the item and return
it to the return address provided on the original
packaging. Refunds are less any shipping charges incurred
and a $10.00 restocking fee.
